Elizabeth wears many hats at BWBR, but the core of her role as staffing manager is bringing people into the firm and then keeping them comfortably busy once they’re here. She helps match projects and project managers with team members, ensures that workloads are balanced and sustainable, and plays an instrumental role in hiring, interviewing, and new staff orientation.
